1. Mist the skin with lukewarm water.
2. Apply a small quantity of this Marine Magnesium gel to desired areas of the body.
3. Massage until completely absorbed.
4. Can also be used for re-mineralizing bath soaks.
5. Use as needed.

Note: If a tingling sensation is felt after application, mist the skin with more water.
