Refund policy
Instore Purchases:
We accept returns or exchanges for any New / Un-Used product(s) purchased at Platinum Spalon that is returned within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. Item must contain all original packaging materials & contents. All refunds will receive an in-store credit accompanied with an original sales receipt.
Select Items are not eligible for Returns / Exchanges:
- Prescription Products
- Closeout Products.
- Salon / Spa Gift Cards
- Series of Spa Series
Online Orders:
Unopened Products:
Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned unopened/unused in original packaging. All returns must be pre-approved by customer service. Return acceptance (for refund or exchange) is at the sole discretion of Platinum Spalon. All items are subject to inspection. Refunds will be provided back to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
